Byrnecut Mining has recognised a need to train and provide appropriate experience for Graduate Mining Engineers.
Byrnecut Mining has implemented the Graduate Mining Engineer Program designed to introduce newly qualified personnel to the company.
Graduates are trained at various sites within Australia gaining exposure to various mining methodologies and operational positions.
In addition to gaining exposure to diverse mining methods, Graduates will have the opportunity to achieve their Shift Supervisor’s Ticket and gain experience in the management of personnel in the underground environment.
